War

White cells switching sides
Turning into disease
Killing all your insides
Doesn't matter if you say please

Please leave me alone
Why are you doing this to me?
This doesn't need to be done
Why can't God see?

That there's enough heartbreak
And dying in the world
This is a sickness people can't take
It sends people to the underworld

Before you get to the underwold
You are a battlefield
Wothout knowing what's happened you've been hurled
And you don't have a shield

A body turned into a war zone
Blood cells fighting against eachother
All the way into the middle of your bones
Beating up the other

You don't have any weapons to defeat this monster
No swords or hammers will take this beast
Your life is now a roller-coaster
Only chemo will make it deceased

It will almost kill you in the process
And sometimes you will see the light
But you will deal with it nevetheless
Because sometimes life is worth the fight

Other times you'll want to die
Because nothing is worth this
Then you can be a butterfly
Because thats the only good thing that exists

Maybe you'll be a lucky one
And maybe you won't
But no matter what you won't be forgotten
