Of people noticing

With a hat

And long sleeves

And a sweater

With some jeans

A scarf added to the mix

So much skin being covered up

It's like hiding under layers

Hiding what?

Hiding the scars and the cuts

Easier to cut at school

With so many layers

Just wrap it up and if it bleeds through

Well you have a sweater 

On top of your shirt

So you are covered

Covered with the layers of winter
